Orbits is an exciting musical project I have together with my close friends Natalie Sandtorv and Lars Horntveth. It stems from the commissioned piece "Glass" for Moldejazz, but it's now a full fledged band.
We released the EP “Bad Mantras” as well as our debut album “Blood Red Sky” on Jazzland Recordings recently, and have been playing club shows and festivals this summer and fall.

FUORI is my solo project, where I work closely with some fantastic singers and musicians on creating something emotional, energetic and beautiful .
My debut album is being released next years, with a few singles leading up to it.
On the record you will find Sofie Tollefsbøl, Miss Tati, Jonas Alaska, Herman Wildhagen, baby b, Jouska and Magnus Bechmann, as well as Axel Skalstad on drums, Henriette Eilertsen on flute as well a string orchestra put together by the one and only Sara Övinge. Arrangements in collaboration with Erik Johannsesn.

Candura is a new band project featuring Gabriela Garrubo on vocals, Sigmund Vestrheim on drums, Ole Petter Ålgård on keys and myself on additional instruments and production.
We are working on our first batch of songs now, and are looking to release it in early 2026. The band will be playing festivals next year!
Musically it’s influenced by everything from Napolitan disco to Turkish funk, Bossa Nova and American soul.

For some years I’ve been working on a project with Melkeveien/Kristian Møller Johansen. We named it OKIOK, and we have batch of songs now. First two singles “Keegasus” and “Dick Move” was released on Pekula Records, and got airplay on BBC6 and other channels! Also, we’ve done remixes of the infamous Norwegian band Jaga Jazzist for Brainfeeder Records, and for my band Orbits. Album due out early next year!

JR Ewing was a band I played guitar in from its beginning in 1998 to the end of the band in 2006. We released 3 full length albums and several EPS, and spent a lot of time touring Europe and the US.
A box set of all our recorded material is due out at the end of 2025 as a collaboration between the German label Thirtysomething and Norwegian Edda Music.

Montée was a band formed in 2007, where I played guitar and co-produced most of the music. The band featured a lot of great musicians during our 7 years together: Anders Tjore, Haakon-Marius Pettersen, Marius Simonsen, David Wallumrød, Maya Vik, Andreas Bye and Rune Nergaard. We put out 3 albums - “Isle Of Now”, “Rendition Of You” and “Into The Fray” - and won a Norwegian Grammy “Spellemann” for our 2nd record.

KILLL was a project including Martin Horntveth, Espen Hangård, Are Mokkelbost and myself, including light designer Kyrre Heldal Karlsen. We played a lot of concerts around Europe and finished up by releasing “KILLL DVD”, compiled of footage taken from different shows and festivals.

MEMORY is a now defunct collaboration between Kristian Møller Johansen aka Melkeveien, and myself. We released a few remixes for artists like Jonas Alaska and Pow Pow, but have now changed our name to OK/OK and will soon be releasing new music.
Torsion Beat was a band with Espen Eriksen on rhodes piano, Gunnar Halle on trumpet, Audun Erlien on bass, Marius Simonsen on drums and myself on guitar. We played a fusion of jazz, rock, afrobeat and whatever else that popped up when we improvised. We released our only album “Denh” in 2015. Check it out!
