For over 10 years I did freelance work for NRK - the national broadcaster of Norway. I worked mostly in radio, but I got to do some TV as well.
I interviewed some great artists along the way, including Herbie Hancock, Sufjan Stevens, Terry Callier, Grace Jones, Jon Christensen, Darkthrone, Cyndi Lauper, Ice Cube, Dave Grohl, Todd Rundgren, Earth, Sparklehorse, Susanne Sundfør, John Leckie, Femi Kuti, John Cale, The New Pornographers, J. Mascis, Slash, Slick Rick, Uriah Heep, Mastodon, The Aller Værste, Motley Crue and many, many more.
TEASER FOR INTERVIEW WITH JON CHRISTENSEN
October 24th the yearly award show Gullbranson was held at Parkteatret, and I was honoured to be the musical director for it.
The band Wizrd performed a mix of things we put together, some cover songs as well as their own material, flanked by presenter and one-of-a-kind performer Torgny.
When the new Norwegian national radio channel NRK P13 was launched a few years back, they asked me to create their musical identity. This meant music for jingles, trailers and other things, which to my knowledge is still on the air. Tune in!

ARC is a concert series I started when I opened my studio a few years back, and 3 years later we’ve done over 10 shows in the intimate yet beautiful St Edmunds Church in downtown Oslo.
The series was funded by Norsk Kulturrråd, and has also been a part of the official Bylarm-festival program the last 3 years. Artists that have played the church include Susanne Sundfør, Håkon Kornstad, Morten Qvenild, Ole & Silje Huleboer, Morten Myklebust, Geir Sundstøl, Kjetil Møster, Spirit In The Dark, Hanne Kolstø, Morten Qvenild, Jonas Alaska and many more.
